Ordering
a Westwind turbine is simple. Once you have decided which turbine best
suits your needs you can contact us by mail or fax with full description
of you order. To make this easy we have an standard 'Westwind
Order Sheet' for you to fill in.
We
do prefer to confirm orders over the phone or by Email.
Upon
order we require a 20% deposit.
For
international customers the balance is to be paid prior to shipment or in
exchange for shipping documents once the goods have arrived in your
country.
For domestic customers the balance is to be paid prior to the goods
leaving the factory.
From
time of order manufacture will take between 6 and 8 weeks. Six weeks is
usual for a single turbine order but 8 to 10 weeks if more than 5
turbines or a tower has also been ordered.

you ordered a controller (We
recommend only using our controllers for battery charging)

voltage do you want the controller set to for Float and Boost of
batteries.

Design
temperature of Turbine (STD or Low).

Towers
included in order.
-
Freight
arrangements ( usually organised by customer ).

YOUR
WARRANTY Westwind
warranties all its turbines for 12 months against all manufacturing
faults. |
